Geno's World, a blog about the music industry is reporting that Kelly Clarkson is going to be offered "special cameo appearances" on the upcoming Idols Live Tour that begins July 6th and runs through September 22 (with a stop in Huntington on September 15th). The blog says that Kelly's people are hoping to "take advantage of the Idol built in fan base and allow her to promote her struggling CD. The blog goes on to say that Kelly's response to the offer is "still up in the air."
Kelly's rep told "Access Hollywood" that the report is "not true" and an Idol tour publicist told them that she has no idea where the report is coming from.
I say for as much money as we paid for those tickets, bring it on! However, it would be a step down for Kelly...
