So not only did we get an uptempo song from him, but we also got his big notes in the verses, so it was a nice change. But I wouldn’t have chosen a song that so prominently featured those background singers. YIKES! Maybe Lil could join them next season.
Allison Iraheta, “Hot Stuff”: 19
I liked that arrangement, but I would’ve dropped the background singers from the chorus, because that repeat didn’t quite work with the slower tempo.
So is Adam doing something from The Bee Gees or “O What A Night” from The Four Seasons?
